Our virtual cards are denominated in United States dollars (USD).  Transactions made outside of the United States will incur a foreign exchange fee of 3.5% and a charge of USD 0.5. per transaction. 

For every payment instruction initiated with an insufficient balance, we impose a penalty levy of $0.5 and we reserve the right to revoke access to our services, if you initiate a certain number of payment instructions without sufficient balance(s).

It is the cardholder’s responsibility to be aware of any and all fees associated with the use of the virtual card, both within and outside of the United States.

At Eversend, we understand the importance of transparency and simplicity when it comes to currency exchanges. That’s why, when you use our platform to make an exchange, we provide you with the following:

• We add a small, transparent exchange commission which is a single fee for money currency conversions. This fee is subject to change depending on the parameters of your exchange, such as the currencies being exchanged, the amount of the exchange, and the timing of the exchange. The exchange rate can be clearly displayed and confirmed in the app before proceeding with the exchange.
